Please review these terms and conditions carefully before placing your order with Varnam Crackers, Sivakasi. By placing an order, you agree to comply with all applicable terms.
Effective & Last Updated: September 20261. Legal Age & Explosives Act Compliance
In accordance with the Indian Explosives Act and Supreme Court regulations, fireworks cannot be sold to minors. You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on varnamcrackers.in.
All products sold by Varnam Crackers are manufactured under licensed conditions in Sivakasi, Tamil Nadu, adhering strictly to PESO (Petroleum and Explosives Safety Organisation) standards and green firework formulations.
2. Factory Direct Pricing & Minimum Order Value
Varnam Crackers supplies fireworks at genuine Sivakasi wholesale factory rates. Due to bulk packing requirements and hazardous freight handling restrictions:
- A minimum order value of ₹3,000/- is required for Tamil Nadu and Puducherry shipments.
- A minimum order value of ₹5,000/- applies for inter-state deliveries across other Indian states.
- Orders below these minimum thresholds cannot be packed or processed for transport dispatch.
3. Ordering & Manual Payment Verification
To keep our prices at direct factory rates without payment gateway surcharges, all payments must be remitted via UPI (GPay / PhonePe / Paytm) or Direct Bank NEFT/IMPS Transfer.
Your order status will remain Pending until payment verification is completed by our accounts department. Once verified, you will receive an official order confirmation on WhatsApp with an invoice and packing inspection updates.
4. Third-Party Transport Logistics & Collection
Due to postal and commercial air courier safety regulations, fireworks cannot be sent via standard couriers (such as BlueDart, DTDC, or India Post). All shipments are routed via authorized surface transport logistics lorry carriers (e.g. VRL Logistics, ARC, Rathimeena, ABT).
- Transport delivery charges are charged by the transport agency and confirmed by our sales team prior to dispatch.
- Goods arrive at the transport office branch in your destination town or city. Customers are responsible for collecting parcels from the transport hub with their LR slip.
- Varnam Crackers issues an official Lorry Receipt (LR) tracking copy upon dispatch, which is shared via WhatsApp and visible on the public order tracker.
5. Zero-Login Public Order Tracker
Every order generated at Varnam Crackers receives a secure, unique tracking token. Customers can access real-time dispatch milestones, packed parcel photos, and lorry receipt waybills directly from the tracking link sent via WhatsApp without requiring an account login or password.
6. Safety, Ignition & Storage Precautions
Fireworks are pyrotechnic chemical compounds and must be handled with utmost care:
- Always ignite fireworks in open outdoor areas away from dry grass, vehicles, and inflammable materials.
- Children must always be under adult supervision during celebration.
- Always keep a bucket of water or sand nearby for emergency safety.
- Store unpacked cartons in a cool, dry place away from heat sources and electrical connections.
